Our executive search process begins with getting to know your company, your culture and your needs. Through in-depth benchmarking and multi-step interviewing, we make sure that the right “fit” includes an assessment of the entire candidate – hard and soft skills.


We begin our search inside our own extensive database of resume and LinkedIn clients (via Virtuoso Resumes). We base our selection criteria on a hierarchy of key data points, while maintaining focus on the culture, personality, and unique needs of our clients.
