I had a client do the unthinkable in an interview. She was absolutely fearless. Bold. A real warrior. And I was shocked at first when she told me what she had said. But then I thought it about and it made PERFECT SENSE.
My mantra for years now regarding job search has been “go big or go home.” So why shouldn’t this carry through to the interview? Here’s what she said…
“Based on our conversation and discussion today do you have any hesitancy in hiring me for this job in position?”
